As of 30th March 2010, IGS-SLP’s definitive structure is operational. The aim is not only to simplify the structure, but also to optimize the projects’ decision-making process, not without taking into consideration the law on public procurements and administrative openness.
The IGS-SLP is the Intermunicipal Cooperation of 15 municipalities and a Board of Directors leads it. Within the 3EW8 consortium, Euro Immo Star NV (EIS) is the lead partner and, there too, a Board of Directors manages it. Both organizations meet in the NV SLP where they have an equal representation in its Board of Directors. The NV SLP is the executive body.
