To study and carry out projects in the Scheldt-National Park and to work out a global concept, a private partner has been looked for. For this purpose, in a first stage and in accordance with the legislation on public procurements, a European market inquiry has been organized. This inquiry has led to the selection of consortium 3EW8, consisting of lead partner Euro Immo Star (EIS) along with Eurostation, ERM and West 8.

The IGS-SLP and lead partner EIS have jointly set up a company: Limited Liability Company ‘Schelde-Landschapspark’ (NV SLP). This company will act as a regional development company and it will carry out the selected projects.

1. look for financing of the projects to be developed;
2. conceive, plan and carry out projects regarding the management of infrastructure, urban development, tourism, recreation, traffic and transport, residential areas, business establishments, agriculture, water control,
   nature conservancy and landscape management;
3. carry out all acts, studies, plans and concepts, project studies,
   cost estimates and risk analyses, income and expense budgeting required for this purpose;
4. the management during project planning and execution;
5. apply for and obtain the necessary permits.
