On 30th March 2010, the ‘NV Schelde-Landschapspark (NV SLP)’ was founded. In the Board of Directors, the parties are equally represented: 6 members of the IGS-SLP and 6 of the NV Euro Immo Star (EIS), the lead partner from the study consortium that was selected by means of a European inquiry held on 3rd July 2006. It illustrates a PPS structure, in which the IGS-SLP introduces projects through its members and the NV SLP ensures the project plan, the feasibility study and possibly the project’s actualization.
